Butts Cottage is situated on a quiet private lane near the parish church 500yds from the centre of Bakewell. This delightful Georgian cottage has a generous bathroom with separate shower and a modern fully fitted “shaker” style kitchen.
The accommodation comprises:
Rear Entrance door to Kitchen fitted with cream “shaker” style units, built in gas cooker and hob, fridge, dishwasher, radio and microwave. 
Through the hall to the front of the house is the warm and cosy lounge/dining room with a coal effect gas fire in the stone fireplace, a comfortable cottage style suite, dining table, colour television and video/DVD player.
Stairs to the left lead to the large well equipt bathroom with the luxury of a separate bath and walk-in shower. 
The bedrooms, a double room and a twin room are to the front of the house.
There is a cellar/utility room with a washer, drier, freezer and ironing facilities which is also ideal for keeping the odd bottle of wine!
Outside to the rear there is a delightful courtyard, which takes in the sun in the late afternoon, with a table and chairs.
There are some delightful decorative items evident in many rooms, which along with the lovely sash windows give this cottage genuine character. With its convenient location in the heart of the Peak District National Park, this makes Butts Cottage a perfect holiday base.
